A ticket transfer is an easy process and can be done by logging in to your ticket account.


Follow the steps below to transfer a ticket:


STEP 1:

Visit the ticketing page of the event for which you bought tickets, click on "Already bought tickets/Click here to login" at the top right of the page.


STEP 2:

Log in with the email address that you used to purchase your ticket. (Make sure to select "I'm a returning customer")


STEP 3:

Go to the "TICKET" TAB within your account page. Here you will find your purhased ticket(s) listed.


STEP 4:

Make sure your ticket is validated first in to your name and details if/when required.


STEP 5:

On the right hand side of the listed ticket there is a clickable link to "Transfer Ticket".

NOTE: The ticket transfer is a non reversible process!


Please ensure you confirm the following before completing the transfer:


Did you receive the money for the ticket if you have sold it?

Ensure that you are transferring the correct ticket!

Ensure the email adress you have entered is the correct email adress!


IMPORTANT NOTE: Once the ticket has been transferred it belongs to the new ticket holder and will only be transferable by the new ticket holder.

STEP 6:

Fill in the new ticket holder's email address, confirm the email address and click "Next" (You are still able to cancel the process at this stage)


STEP 7 - NOTE: This is the final step in the transfer process.

Fill in the Title, Name and Surname of the new ticket holder and click "next" (You are still able to cancel the process at this stage)


Once you have completed this step, the ticket transfer is finalized . A new ticket has been issued to the new ticket holder and the old ticket has been invalidated. An email will be sent to the new ticket holder in order for them to validate their ticket.
