4 Easy steps to Reset your Password
STEP 1:
Visit the ticketing page of the event for which you want to/or bought tickets.
STEP 2:
On the top right of the page you will see the "Click here to login" option, once you have clicked this, it will take you to the login screen page.
STEP 3:
On the login screen you will have the following option:
"Click here if you have forgotten your password" (Once you clicked this option you will be taken to the "Reset Password" page, fill in your account email adress and click "Reset Password"), you will then be sent an email to this email adress with a link)
STEP 4:
You will then be sent an "Password Reset" email, go to your email, click on the link provided within the mailer. You will then be presented with a page where you will be able to enter your new password. (Fill in the password fields, click "Reset Password" and the password will be reset)
NOTE: When these steps have been completed you will have access to your account and be able to make changes, updates and download your ticket\s.
