Please take note of the following issues should you be experiencing any of them:
1. Ticket Transfers.
If you have bought a ticket and are no longer able to make it to the festival you are able to transfer your ticket into someone else’s name. (Note: ticket holders are granted one free transfer after which there will be a transfer fee charged for doing so).
2. Incorrect email address entered.
Please be reassured that if you have entered in the wrong email address by mistake then your tickets are still reserved for and you will receive your tickets once your email has been updated to the correct one.
All you need to do is email us the following details:
- Full names and email of the purchaser
- Incorrectly used email
- Correct email adress to be used
3. I/my friend have not received our ticket(s), but have paid for them.
Please be reassured that if you have not received your tickets yet but you have paid for them then your tickets are reserved and you will receive your tickets.
All you need to do is email us the following details:
- Full names and email of the purchaser
Once we have received these details we can check and confirm your purchase and resend your ticket(s).
4. Wrong ID or no ID on tickets.
To update your ID please provide us the following details:
- Full names and email of the purchaser
- Correct ID number to be used
You will then be able to re-download your ticket with the correct ID/ Passport number on your ticket.
5. Duplicate payment taken from my card.
We are aware that some duplicate payments have happened as a result of the buyer refreshing the payment page during the payment process. We are working with the bank to refund monies that were deducted twice. If you have not received your refund within 7 days please email us and we will follow up for you.
6. Made EFT payment but haven’t received tickets.
EFT payments can take up to 72 hours to reflect and get matched to your ticket(s) purchase, if you accidentally used the incorrect reference please send us your details so we may manually process the matching of your purchase.
If you still have not received your tickets with in (3) days of making payment please send us your proof of payment and we will follow up for you.
7. Can’t buy tickets.
If you are not able to buy ticket(s) please inform us of the ticket(s) that you would like to purchase and/or any error message you have received so we may investigate further to ensure the ticket(s) are still available and are not sold out.
